Originally from Chicago, Steve has lived in many places, including San Francisco and the bay area, Los Angeles, Iowa, New York City, Prague and London. More recently, after living in the East Village of NYC for ten years, he relocated to New Orleans in early 2007, where he lives in a great big house in the Marigny with his cat Lunar. He spent many years as an actor, playwright and director in both California and New York, while acquiring an addiction to traveling the world. Eventually, his love of photography grew from fascination to obsession. He studied mostly at the International School of Photography in NYC, and has had several exhibitions/showings to date, in Brooklyn, Manhattan and New Orleans.
